Jan Hájek

Member of Divadlo Na zábradlí ensemble from 2014 to 2019.

In 2001-2002 he studied at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno, where he met the director Jan Mikulášek and during the studies he played in his productions at the Polárka Theatre. He did not finish the degree, but was offered a job at the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava. In 2006 he received the Thalia Award in the Talent of the Year category and in the same year he got a contract at the National Theatre in Prague. He then accepted employment at Divadlo Na zábradlí and since 2011 he has also been a part of Činoherní klub. He has acted in films and TV series, and also does dubbing and audiobook narration.
